About

Tender work, done right.

South African procurement works on paper rules — PPPFA, B-BBEE, CIPC, tax clearance, bank statements — and on paper tradition. Every tender attracts dozens of applications. Each one needs to be opened, checked, cross-referenced, scored, and minuted before an evaluation committee can recommend an award.

It's a lot of work for one procurement officer, and it rewards fraud: forged B-BBEE certificates, expired CIPC registrations, bank statements that don't match the submitted financials. Reviewing them by hand means the best candidates get the same attention as the obvious rejections. The fraudsters count on it.

10der fixes the allocation problem.

The platform reads every tender document, extracts the compliance requirements, checks every contractor's vault of verified documents against them, scores applicants under the specified PPPFA system, flags likely tampering, and hands the procurement officer a ranked shortlist with a full audit trail. Human judgment still owns the final decision — but the machine clears the noise first.

Who we are

10der is built by a small South African team. We work with institutional procurement officers, public-sector auditors, and contractors to make sure the platform reflects how real tender work happens — not how it looks on paper.

If you'd like to meet us, talk about a pilot, or just ask a question, we'd love to hear from you. The fastest route is hello@10der.co.za.
